20th anniversary of the Archives of Rural History

After the Covid-pandemic years, a new series of on-line event was initiated aiming to revitalise our community, the members EURHO. The first event on Zoom was held before our Uppsala Conference. It was devoted to the book series, „Rural History in Europe” published by Brepols Publishers.
The success of the first event encouraged us to continue.
The next on-line discussion will be devoted to the Archives of Rural History, Bern which celebrated their 20th anniversary in 2022. With Peter Moser, the founder of this virtual archive we shall overview the path that led from an idea through experimentation to the organization of the institution. The anniversary publication “Eigensinnig vernetzt. Hopefully, many of you could join this event, which will also bring us closer to the next Rural History conference in Cluj-Napoca in September!
